These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Golden Ritual.

1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or via contact channels.
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation.

Golden Ritual reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment price

• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable

3. Arrival

Please arrive on time.
Arriving late may result in a shorter treatment or cancellation without refund.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about:

• Skin conditions

• Allergies

• Medical history

Golden Ritual is not liable for adverse reactions if relevant information was not disclosed.

5. Powder Brows Specific

Powder brows are a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment.

• Results may vary per individual

• A touch-up session may be required (not always included)

• Healing results cannot be guaranteed

• Aftercare instructions must be followed strictly

Golden Ritual is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to failure to follow aftercare.

6. Payments

All treatments must be paid:

• In advance or

• Immediately after the appointment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Liability

Golden Ritual is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Skin sensitivity

• Results that vary per individual

By booking a treatment, you accept the risks involved.

8. Gift Cards (if applicable)

• Non-refundable

• Valid for 6 months

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
